We are seeking a Hospitality Service Coordinator for one of the most exciting new hotels in the area. As our Hospitality Service Coordinator , you will be the initial and final point of contact for our guests. Your proactive, service-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for exceptional hospitality will leave a lasting impression on every visitor.

In your role as our Hospitality Service Coordinator , you will enjoy:

As a skilled professional, you will:

  • Exhibit outstanding interpersonal abilities and connect effortlessly with guests
  • Address requests promptly, courteously, and with a compassionate demeanor
  • Demonstrate excellent command of the English language and possess exceptional communication skills
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed satisfactorily
  • Collect, summarize, and utilize information about the hotel and local amenities, including special events and activities
  • Attend and actively engage in all mandatory training sessions, including shift briefings
  • Collaborate effectively as a dedicated team member while nurturing all professional relationships
  • Generate daily reports (including arrivals and departures), identify special requests, and verify report accuracy
  • Manage incoming calls according to established standards and connect guests with the appropriate departments
  • Liaise with relevant departments (e.g., Guest Experience, Reception, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security) to resolve guest inquiries or issues
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as a Telephone Operator or Receptionist, is preferred
