Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the Night Manager, this position offers a unique chance for a skilled professional to thrive in a fast-paced setting, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service throughout the night.

What We Provide:

  • Annual salary of £26000
  • Full-time employment (38.5 hours per week) or flexible part-time options available

Your Responsibilities:

As an Overnight Guest Services Coordinator, your primary focus will be to deliver courteous and efficient service to all guests, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality during the night hours.

You will:

  • Welcome guests warmly and act as a true representative of our commitment to outstanding service.
  • Handle all guest inquiries and requests with professionalism, whether in person or via phone.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team, continuously learning and enhancing your skills.

Key Duties Include:

  • Ensuring a guest-centric approach by consistently providing excellent customer service.
  • Gaining comprehensive experience across all areas of the front desk operations while adhering to company and legal standards.
  • Assisting in the overall management of hotel operations during night hours and preparing for the following day.
  • Conducting night audits and safety checks to ensure the well-being of all guests.
  • Building rapport with guests, particularly those requiring special attention.
  • Promoting the core values and behaviors of our organization.
  • Embracing change and demonstrating attention to detail.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A genuine passion for the hospitality sector.
  • Prior experience in a reception role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and create memorable service experiences.
  • Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A preference for night shifts and a comfort level with late hours.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible mindset.
