Job Title: Cluster Sales Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth across the Malmaison Edinburgh and Malmaison Edinburgh City hotels as a Cluster Sales Manager. Reporting into the General Managers and the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for implementing the Hotels Sales and Marketing plan, ensuring both hotels are represented and actively seeking new opportunities for cross-selling across Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the inquiry process to maximize revenue
  • Develop and implement training and communication plans to ensure maximum efficiency within the department and across the two locations
  • Build strong relationships with guests and stakeholders
  • Present to senior decision-makers and negotiate effectively

Requirements:
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize actions and manage tasks to completion
  • Experience in a similar role or working knowledge of the Hotel industry
