Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our client's established team at their Norwich Depot. As a key member of the Customer Service Centre, you will be responsible for ensuring all communication with customers is handled in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction using the appropriate channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our client's services, products, and operating systems.
  • Manage corporate customer queries from start to finish, taking ownership and being responsible for resolution of the issue.
  • Promote self-service and alternative products to new and existing customers.
  • Attend regular meetings/briefs held by the Customer Service Centre Management team, contributing ideas to improve the customer experience and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to multitask while working under pressure.
  • Customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
