Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to collaborate with the Head of Integration in shaping, preparing, and executing integration initiatives following acquisitions. This position is both challenging and fulfilling, requiring close cooperation with various business stakeholders across departments such as Marketing, HR, Sales, Support, Finance, IT, Product, Engineering, and Customer Delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all integration projects are executed efficiently, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Integration in project execution.
  • Participate in project meetings and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Act as the primary contact for project inquiries, coordinating activities and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related documentation.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to continuously refine project objectives.
  • Coordinate project team members to maintain workflow schedules.
  • Design and manage the project timeline.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management to update on project progress and demonstrate value.
  • Identify and communicate project risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar project management role.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and support a dynamic team.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrating acquired businesses is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools such as Visio and Notion.
