About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to work with the Head of Integration to help shape, prepare, and deliver integration projects, post-acquisition. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires working with business stakeholders across the organization to ensure that all integration projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the Head of Integration in shaping, preparing, and delivering integration projects.
  • Participate in project meetings and propose adjustments to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Act as the first point of contact for project queries and coordinate project activities, drafting project status, and ensuring workstreams tasks are delivered on time.
  • Organize all project-related paperwork and communicate with internal stakeholders to continuously define project objectives.
  • Coordinate all project team members to ensure workflow remains on schedule.
  • Design and control the project schedule.
  • Prepare presentations to update senior management on the project's progress and showcase the project's value.
  • Track and communicate project risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role, with end-to-end project management and benefits realization.
  • Experience in coordinating projects post-acquisition.
  • Drive and focus, with the ability to work on their own initiative and support a busy team.
  • Confident communicator with experience working with senior stakeholders (up to C-level).
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, including proofreading and editing.
  • Experience in working to deadlines and prioritizing workloads for self and others.
