We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Causeway Technologies. As a key member of our integration team, you will play a crucial role in shaping, preparing, and delivering integration projects post-acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and support the Head of Integration in coordinating project activities, drafting project status, and ensuring workstreams tasks are delivered on time.
- Be the first point of contact for project queries and coordinate project-related tasks online and on paper.
- Organize all project-related paperwork and communicate with internal stakeholders to continuously define project objectives.
- Coordinate all project team members to ensure workflow remains on schedule and design and control the project schedule.
- Prepare presentations to update senior management on the project's progress and showcase the project's value.
- Track and communicate project risks and opportunities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in end-to-end project management and benefits realization.
- Experience in coordinating projects post-acquisition and drive and focus to work on their own initiative.
- Confident communicator with experience working with senior stakeholders and excellent verbal and written skills.
- Experience in working to deadlines and prioritizing workloads for self and others.
