Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Construction Manager to join our team at NSR Associates. As a key member of our pre-construction team, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, evaluating buildability, and reviewing soil samples. Your expertise will be essential in program management, methods of construction, and planning lifting and crane placements.

As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from data centres to pharma and life science facilities. Responsibilities:- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies
- Evaluate buildability to ensure that projects are feasible and can be completed on time and within budget
- Review soil samples to determine the suitability of the site for construction
- Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with the pricing team to develop accurate estimates and bids
- Plan and coordinate lifting and crane placements to ensure safe and efficient construction
