Pre-Construction Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Construction Manager to join our team at NSR Associates. As a key member of our pre-construction team, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, evaluating buildability, and reviewing soil samples to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Evaluate buildability and develop innovative solutions to complex construction challenges
  • Review soil samples and develop site-specific construction plans
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans
About the Role:

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant construction background, either a degree or HNC
