About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Causeway Technologies. As a key member of our integration team, you will play a crucial role in shaping, preparing, and delivering integration projects post-acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support the Head of Integration in ensuring all integration projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Participate in project meetings and propose adjustments to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Coordinate project activities, draft project status reports, and ensure workstream tasks are delivered on time.
  • Organize all project-related paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to continuously define project objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate all project team members to ensure workflow remains on schedule and deadlines are met.
  • Design and control the project schedule to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare presentations to update senior management on the project's progress and showcase the project's value.
  • Track and communicate project risks and opportunities to ensure proactive mitigation and optimization.
