Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to collaborate with the Head of Integration in shaping and executing integration initiatives following acquisitions. This role is both challenging and rewarding, requiring close collaboration with various business stakeholders across departments such as Marketing, HR, Sales, Support, Finance, IT, Product, Engineering, and Customer Delivery. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all integration projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and adhere to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Integration in project execution.
  • Participate in project meetings and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project inquiries, coordinating activities and maintaining project documentation.
  • Organize all project-related paperwork and ensure it is accessible.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to clarify project objectives continuously.
  • Coordinate team members to maintain workflow and project timelines.
  • Design and manage the project schedule effectively.
  • Prepare presentations to inform senior management about project progress and demonstrate its value.
  • Identify and communicate project risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are consistently met.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar project management role, focusing on end-to-end project management and benefits realization.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic team.
  • Effective communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading and editing capabilities.
  • Proficient in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks for oneself and others, while outlining clear project deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrating acquired businesses is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and project management tools such as Visio and Notion.
