Your Role

As a Senior Pensions Technical Consultant, you will:

  • Mentor and guide junior team members in both technical and consultancy skills.
  • Take overall responsibility for the quality of solutions delivered, whether working independently or as part of a team.
  • Actively participate in a community of practice within Softwire, contributing to relevant thought leadership content.
  • Engage in networking opportunities and represent Softwire at various events.
Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cloud platform architecture and migration (AWS and/or Azure).
  • Data engineering.
  • Digital platform architecture and enterprise modernization.

You will be adept at presenting, possess excellent writing abilities, and have a strong grasp of narrative and message structure. Leading opportunity stage meetings to identify objectives, develop tailored solutions, and create compelling narratives will be essential to your role.

Compensation and Benefits

Softwire offers transparent pay scales and a profit-sharing scheme based on role and overall company performance:

  • Base salary ranges from £86,000 to £113,000, depending on experience.
  • Average profit share between £20,000 and £40,000 based on experience and company performance.
  • 25 days of annual leave (with options to buy and sell).
  • Time off for company-wide morale events and charitable activities.
