Senior Professional Services Consultant - TeamMate Solutions

As a Senior Professional Services Consultant for TeamMate solutions at Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting Limited, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting TeamMate solutions for clients across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting business analysis and gathering customer requirements to ensure effective software implementation.
  • Configuring TeamMate software to meet customer needs and optimize system performance.
  • Providing comprehensive training to end-users on software functionality and ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Offering ongoing customer support to address any queries or concerns.
  • Serving as the primary interface between development teams and customers to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in implementing configurable B2B software solutions.
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite customer engagements and presentations.
  • Background in audit, risk, compliance, or data analytics is highly desirable.
