Position Overview

Alexander Lloyd is looking for a seasoned Pension Solutions Consultant to become a vital part of our Data Team, working remotely. If you excel in analytical thinking and problem resolution, have a strong background in pensions, or enjoy working with data sets, this is an excellent opportunity to enhance your expertise while delivering exceptional service to our clients through project execution.

Role Responsibilities:

The Data Team operates within the Implementation Division, tasked with delivering top-tier pension administration solutions for our clientele. Projects may vary from extensive strategic transformations for large corporations to tailored solutions for smaller clients.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Engaging with clients throughout the implementation process to comprehend their needs, data, workflows, and systems, while providing recommendations for product and service implementation.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members, as well as overseeing junior resources for designated tasks.
  • Collecting and analyzing client requirements and processes, converting these into digital solutions.
  • Conducting system demonstrations for current clients.
  • Identifying, gathering, and documenting scheme/product details.

Candidate Profile:

  • In-depth understanding of pension schemes, with the ability to articulate the distinctions between DB, DC, CARE, and Annuities, along with their administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in data migration, including data requirement analysis, data mapping (to and from pension systems), and configuration.
  • Demonstrated involvement in client-centric project delivery.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
