The Team

The Schroders Solutions division currently manages over £200bn in assets across DB, DC, and Insurance clients, predominantly based in the UK.

We lead engagements with a range of pension scheme clients, bringing deep investment knowledge and investment strategy insights to our client relationships.

We come from a variety of backgrounds, including pensions, investment, and actuarial consulting, solutions, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading client teams and managing key client projects across UK Client Solutions and the wider Solutions business.
  • Developing content and supporting the creation of new initiatives and propositions to bring to market across the UK pensions landscape.
  • A sound working knowledge of UK pension schemes, the investment challenges they face, and the regulatory environment in which they operate.
The Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications That Will Help
  • Extensive experience within a solutions, asset management, or investment consulting business.
  • Experience working with pension schemes or other institutional investor types.
  • Attained a professional qualification such as CFA or actuarial.
