- Proven Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong track record of driving HR initiatives and supporting business objectives.
- HR Expertise: Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, including employment law and practices.
- Technical Skills: Outstanding knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude in problem-solving and ability to think critically and strategically.
