Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to management on human resource-related matters, providing expert guidance and support to ensure the success of the organization.
  • Talent Development: Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Performance Management: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • HR Policy Guidance: Provide expert interpretation and guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Contract Management: Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Global HR: Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters, ensuring seamless support and coordination.
  • Training and Development: Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and adjust as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong track record of driving HR initiatives and supporting business objectives.
  • HR Expertise: Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, including employment law and practices.
  • Technical Skills: Outstanding knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude in problem-solving and ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Team Player: Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach, supporting the overall strategic direction of the company.
