Job Summary:

Brightwork Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our client on a temporary ongoing basis. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Act as a point of contact for the finance team and handle general enquiries.
  • Assist with monthly reconciliation, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Update various systems and spreadsheets, maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform general administration duties, including high-volume scanning and data processing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a finance-focused administrative role, with a background in Purchase Ledger.
  • Confidence in working with MS Office packages and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work in a demanding role, meeting set timescales.
