Job Summary

Brightwork Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced Finance Department, supporting with administrative tasks and acting as a point of contact for the finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting with all aspects of the finance department's administrative tasks, including data processing and record-keeping.
  • Acting as a point of contact for the finance team and handling general enquiries in their absence.
  • Assisting with monthly reconciliation, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Updating various systems and spreadsheets while maintaining accurate records.
  • Performing general administration duties, such as high-volume scanning and data processing.
Requirements
  • A background in a finance-focused administrative role, with experience in Purchase Ledger being an advantage.
  • Confidence in working with MS Office packages and the ability to pick up new systems with ease.
  • Ability to work in a demanding role, meeting set timescales.
