Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling own conveyancing case load and ensuring all files and records are kept up-to-date and comply with legal standards
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties in the conveyancing process to ensure seamless communication
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence related to conveyancing transactions, utilising strong research and analytical skills
  • Conducting legal research to support ongoing cases and staying up-to-date with industry developments
  • Providing administrative support to the legal team as needed, including managing multiple tasks and working under pressure

Requirements:

  • Experience with conveyancing and a strong understanding of legal procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary in the range of £36,000 to £45,000, commensurate with experience
