Your Responsibilities:
As an HR Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing support for employee and management inquiries, offering legislative and general HR guidance, as well as technical system assistance.
  • Utilizing our case management system, live chat, and video conferencing to assist colleagues effectively.
  • Managing employee lifecycle changes and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in specific areas of the employee lifecycle and actively participating in process improvement initiatives.
  • Contributing to the design, testing, and training of new processes for the wider team.
  • Taking a proactive approach to enhance and automate existing workflows.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • A CIPD qualification or a willingness to pursue one.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Technical expertise or experience in system support.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while providing real-time support.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
