Key Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional customer service is paramount in this role. As a Human Resources Services Coordinator, you will be tasked with providing outstanding support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries, offering legislative and general HR guidance, and delivering technical system assistance.

You will assist colleagues through our case management system, live chat, and video conferencing. In addition to supporting your peers, you will manage employee lifecycle changes and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

This position also presents an opportunity to become a subject matter expert in specific areas of the employee lifecycle and to engage in innovative reviews and enhancements of processes. This includes designing, testing, and training the broader team while proactively improving and automating current workflows.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualified or interested in pursuing a CIPD qualification
  • Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong technical or system support background
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while providing real-time customer support
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
