We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contractual HR Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting our European operations and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and coordinate all processes associated with European contracts of employment, including ownership, management, and facilitation.
- Define, source, and seek authorization for resolutions as needed.
- Maintain the essential fundamentals of each contract and ensure accuracy of data sources.
- Update and own process documentation, coordinate with managers and employees, and maintain master documents and systems.
- Administer contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and implement all contracts end-to-end in a timely manner.
- Take responsibility for the facilitation and coordination of associated processes for new starters and leavers, including collecting data, organizing with internal departments, contacting third-party suppliers, and securely storing data.
- 2-3 years of experience in providing HR advice and support, preferably in a European context.
- Strong understanding of employment law, immigration compliance, GDPR, and general HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and PowerPoint.
- Licensed driver with access to a vehicle preferred.
- Experience working in a HR or People-based role.
- Recognized qualification in HR.
- Experience working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to meet challenging deadlines.
- Experience working in a digital/tech sector beneficial.
