Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Carbon 60. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing interview bookings, communicating with candidates, and ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage interview bookings and coordinate with candidates
  • Communicate with candidates via phone and email
  • Send out interview confirmations and reminders
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
