About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contractual HR Specialist to join our European team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting our European operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and coordinate all processes associated with European contracts of employment, including ownership, management, and facilitation.
  • Define, source, and seek authorization for resolutions as needed.
  • Maintain the essential fundamentals of each contract and ensure accuracy of data sources.
  • Update and own process documentation, coordinate with managers and employees, and maintain master documents and systems.
  • Administer contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and implement all contracts end-to-end in a timely manner.
  • Take responsibility for the facilitation and coordination of associated processes for new starters and leavers, including collecting data, organizing with internal departments, contacting third-party suppliers, and securely storing data.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in providing HR advice and support, preferably in a European context.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, immigration compliance, GDPR, and general HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the business.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and PowerPoint.
  • Licensed driver with access to a vehicle preferred.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience working in a HR or People-based role, preferably in a digital/tech sector.
  • Recognized qualification in HR.
  • Experience working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Ability to speak other European languages.
