About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Airfinity Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, including their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and digital events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Develop and maintain a robust content marketing strategy that includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other relevant content.
  • Manage and optimize our company website, including creating and publishing new content, landing pages, and email newsletters.
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and engages our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and events in the life science, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, including CRM software and email builders.
  • Experience with design tools, such as Figma, and market and competitive intelligence tools, such as leadfeeder.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
