Carter Murray is working with a leading Management Consultancy to find a Marketing Manager to support their growth in the public sector market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders and the Senior Marketing Manager to design and implement effective market engagement strategies that drive business growth.
  • Work with the senior marketing team to integrate a new acquisition into the company's existing market engagement strategies and activities.
  • Develop and execute market engagement strategies and activities for the new acquisition to support their growth.
  • Design and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive business growth, working with business leaders and the marketing team.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, advisors, clients, and sector influencers to shape and implement marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with sector teams and creative resources to create compelling messaging and content that engages target C-suite prospects.

Requirements:

  • Significant marketing management experience in a professional services environment with a focus on high-value and complex sales.
  • Experience in marketing to or working in the public sector.
  • Degree or CIM marketing qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business growth in complex markets.
