Job Overview

As the Senior Marketing Manager for Invision360, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives, with a focus on reaching and resonating with local authorities.
    • Define target audience segments, messaging frameworks, and positioning strategies to differentiate our offerings in the market.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the marketing team, driving creativity, innovation, and excellence in execution.
  • Brand Building and Thought Leadership:
    • Develop and execute brand-building initiatives to establish the company as a trusted authority in the local government sector.
    • Create compelling content, thought leadership pieces, and case studies to showcase our expertise and demonstrate the value of our solutions to local authorities.
  • Lead Generation and Demand Generation:
    • Drive lead generation efforts through a mix of inbound and outbound marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing campaigns and programs that generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth.
  • Customer Engagement and Retention:
    • Develop customer engagement strategies and programs to nurture relationships with existing clients, drive customer loyalty, and encourage advocacy.
    • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer success initiatives.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to gain insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
    • Utilise market intelligence to identify opportunities for product differentiation, pricing optimization, and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desired (but not essential)
  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles within the SaaS industry, with experience targeting local government clients.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
