Position Overview: Iopa Solutions is on the lookout for a seasoned Sales Specialist to join our ranks. We are a prominent provider of innovative data management software solutions specifically designed for the utility and energy sectors. This position is perfect for a proactive and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in cross-selling and upselling enterprise-level solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies that focus on enhancing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our established client portfolio in the energy and utility sectors.
  • Seek out and connect with prospective clients, utilizing industry insights to customize solutions that address their data management challenges.
  • Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the advantages and functionalities of our data management software.
  • Oversee the complete sales process, from generating leads and qualifying prospects to negotiating contracts, closing sales, and ensuring follow-up post-sale.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, promoting high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure our solutions align with client needs and are implemented successfully.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, market dynamics, and competitor activities to offer clients the most advanced solutions available.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, particularly in cross-selling and upselling enterprise software solutions within the energy and utility sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of data management software and its relevance to the utility and energy industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade key stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, results-focused, and capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively.
