Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to discover new enterprise clients through various research techniques, employing diverse sales strategies to achieve comprehensive market penetration and promote our service offerings both comprehensively and modularly. Mastery of the Amdaris value proposition and qualification process is essential, including the identification of stakeholders and understanding their needs, while developing and executing a detailed plan to secure business from a targeted list of accounts.

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be assigned a specific list of target enterprise accounts across the UK, with a focus on building relationships and generating new business opportunities. Ideally, you will have a proven history of establishing a robust client portfolio within the professional services sector, managing and developing opportunities within SMEs or FTSE-listed companies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to create, develop, and close new technology initiatives, demonstrating the ability to instill confidence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Listening skills, rapport-building, and credibility as a strategic partner are vital for success in this role.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated success in selling outsourced or complex software solutions to enterprise-level clients, even if not directly aligned with our core business.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and nurture business relationships with key stakeholders through networking, personal outreach, and events.
  • Strong commercial insight and a track record of successfully navigating and influencing within a complex business landscape, ideally in a similar sector.
  • Experience managing lengthy, complex sales pipelines and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a consistent record of fostering positive relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to set clear expectations with new business partners and effectively leverage governance for a positive partnership experience.
