Position Overview: Iopa Solutions, a prominent provider of innovative data management software tailored for the utility and energy sectors, is in search of a seasoned Sales Executive. This position is perfect for a proactive and results-oriented individual with extensive experience in promoting and enhancing enterprise-level solutions for clients in the energy and utility domains.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the current client portfolio in the energy and utility sectors.
  • Identify and connect with prospective clients, utilizing industry expertise to customize solutions that address their data management challenges.
  • Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the advantages and functionalities of the data management software offerings.
  • Oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation, deal closure, and post-sale engagement.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring exceptional levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including product development and customer support, to align solutions with client needs and ensure successful deployment.
  • Remain updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide clients with state-of-the-art solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in promoting and enhancing enterprise-wide software solutions within the energy and utility sectors.
  • Strong grasp of data management software and its applications in the utility and energy industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, results-focused, and capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively.
