As we continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to shape and develop our client portfolio within the enterprise space. Reporting directly to our Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities across the UK.
The Role: Enterprise Business Development Manager
Your primary responsibility will be to identify new enterprise clients through various research methods and sales strategies. You'll need to master Amdaris' value proposition and qualification process, including identifying key stakeholders and understanding their needs. Your goal is to develop a comprehensive plan to win business within a defined target account list.
As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, you will focus on building relationships and developing new business opportunities with targeted enterprise accounts across the UK. Ideally, you'll have a proven track record of success in managing and developing opportunities within similar organizations.
Your Profile: The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise-level accounts, even if not directly related to our core business.
- Proven ability to build and develop strong business relationships with key stakeholders through various methods, including networking, personal prospecting, and events.
- Strong commercial acumen and a history of successfully navigating and influencing complex business environments, ideally within a similar industry or sector.
- A track record of managing lengthy, complex sales pipelines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a consistent record of building positive relationships with senior stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to set clear expectations with new business partners and effectively leverage governance for a positive experience.
- Highly skilled in negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes at executive levels.
- A natural ability to listen, build rapport, and establish credibility as a strategic partner.
