About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our e-commerce channel growth strategy in the UK market. As a key member of our customer team, you will be responsible for establishing and executing a channel strategy that drives business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce channel strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of 5 to achieve short-term and long-term sales and profit targets for the UK e-commerce pureplay channel.
  • Establish and maintain senior customer relationships with Amazon across Europe to drive business growth and development.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success against strategic priorities.
  • Manage and develop a team of customer account managers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of P&L accountability and experience in managing e-commerce channels, particularly Amazon.
  • Strong experience in developing channel strategies and working cross-functionally to execute them.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the UK trade and competitive market landscape.
