Job Title: Channel Lead - E Commerce
Location: London Office - Hybrid
**Job Description**:
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this role will be accountable for the e-Commerce growth acceleration plan in the UK consumer team. The role will require the ability to engage with our global partners to craft detailed plans to deliver disproportionate sales growth online compare to our categories and bricks & mortar business
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable to achieve net net sales and gross to net % targets for total e-commerce as well as proactive collaborative management of other lines in the P&L where sales have an impact or influence.
- Responsible for managing our Amazon business including the management of our agency partners
- Management & coaching of the senior e-commerce manager
- Builds bottom-up customer & channel account plans to drive the overall business that is aligned with the consumer business unit objectives and customer strategies.
- Builds a productive business relationship to include cross-functional stakeholders with both internal & external business partners, ensuring alignment & input from all relevant partners
- Ensure that account & channel specific strategies, plans & tactics are defined which deliver category growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements.
- Lead our e-commerce reporting, including CARS, market data & internal sales metrics with alignment with our global partners
- Execute against promotional guidelines by category and channel. Continuously evaluate ROI of our trade investments amending the in-year to-go plan where necessary, whilst sharing best practice insights with the wider team.
- Develop winning channel-focused commercial propositions that also support the strategies of the annual brand plans.
- Work alongside the digital marketing lead to execute and communicate digital marketing plans within key e-commerce accounts
Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years commercial experience in e-commerce sales
- Amazon experience is a must
- A demonstrable record of success delivering key commercial KPIs
- Understands key business functions i.e. Commercial, Finance, Technical, Supply Chain
- UK customer / FMCG market knowledge
- Degree level education
- Microsoft Proficiency
