**Global E-Commerce Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global E-Commerce Manager to join our team at Publicis Media. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce into the company's annual strategy and tentpole events.
  • Partner with clients and internal media teams to ensure e-commerce is integrated across media strategy.
  • Drive full-funnel, cross-channel strategies outside of what is traditionally considered the e-commerce remit.
  • Be a champion of e-commerce media within Publicis Media, working with wider teams to take inspiration from e-commerce teams as part of innovation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in e-commerce / retail media.
  • Experience in presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to craft a story and strong narrative interpreted from large amounts of performance data.
  • Comfortable problem-solving, working at times independently, across multiple time zones to support a connected team.
  • Understanding of the Amazon Advertising ecosystem and Amazon Ad Products is desirable.
  • Baseline experience of leading tech partners such as Skai and Pacvue.
  • Interest in retail and keeping up with fast-paced updates and new solutions.
  • Experience using PowerPoint and Excel skills and keen to present to multiple stakeholders in time.

  • Strong communication skills and strategically focused, with the ability to communicate concepts clearly to clients.
  • Passion for e-commerce and retail media in its ever-changing form.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-client environment requiring a blend of technical, analytical and commercial knowledge.
  • Strong team player who can feel comfortable with new environments and a self-starter.
  • Hungry to learn new things, explore new topics and channels and share with a wider audience.
  • Pride in their output and maintain standards and governance.
