E-commerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Manager to join our team at Mous Products Limited. As E-commerce Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the commercial success of our online sales channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the day-to-day operations of our online sales channel, ensuring maximum commercial returns.
- Take ownership of commercial campaigns and product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to identify trends and insights, using data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the UX team to enhance the customer experience, ensuring frictionless visits and strong conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the E-commerce Lead and other senior leaders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and develop individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong understanding of commercial operations and sales strategies.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to build and evaluate hypotheses using data.
- Strong commercial understanding, with the ability to value and prioritize work.
- Ability to own processes and identify areas for improvement, with a track record of implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- High levels of attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
