About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our e-commerce channel growth strategy in the UK. As a key member of our customer team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a channel strategy that drives business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives
  • Lead a team of 5 to ensure short-term and long-term sales and profit targets are met for the UK e-commerce pureplay channel
  • Establish and maintain senior customer relationships with Amazon across Europe
  • Manage and develop a team of customer account managers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute channel strategies and drive business results
Requirements
  • BSc/BA hons degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Proven track record of P&L accountability and experience in e-commerce and account management
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and executing channel strategies and managing cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of the UK market and competitive landscape
