Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital E-Commerce Manager to join our team at Swatch Group. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our digital activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns across all owned online channels and 3rd party retailers
  • Monitor and analyze sales, traffic, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure the performance and security of our e-commerce website
  • Manage and optimize the customer relationship, including order validation, fraud checks, and cart abandonment
  • Develop and implement AB testing and user interface optimization strategies to improve the customer journey and sales

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce environments
  • Strong technical skills, including Magento, SAP, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
