About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our E-commerce Channel in the UK. As a key member of our Customer Team, you will be responsible for establishing and executing a channel strategy that drives growth and transformation of our UK business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy that aligns with our overall company objectives
  • Lead a team of 5 and provide guidance and support to ensure short-term and long-term sales and profit targets are met
  • Build and maintain senior customer relationships to drive business growth and development in premium beauty categories
  • Establish and lead a direct partnership with Amazon across Europe, including external relationships and negotiations with Amazon's Pan EU buying organization
  • Develop and implement KPIs to measure success against strategic priorities and ensure consistent cascading across the team
Requirements
  • BSc/BA hons degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record of P&L accountability
  • Strong experience in account management and ecommerce, with a focus on Amazon
  • Proven experience in developing channel strategies within the UK market and working cross-functionally to execute them
  • Track record of building and motivating teams
  • Best-in-class negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of UK trade and competitive set
