Your Role

We are excited to announce the opening of a new leisure facility featuring an 8-lane swimming pool, a 200-station gym, exercise studios, a Clip 'n' Climb, and a Costa Coffee shop with seating for 100 customers.

In this role, you will support the Costa Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the catering operations, which include the Costa Coffee shop, bars, events, and vending services as applicable. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the catering department, maintaining high standards in customer service and compliance with relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring Barista Maestros.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills, including planning, organization, coaching, communication, delegation, and motivation. You should hold or be able to obtain the necessary licenses for this role, such as a Driving License, Premises License (Alcohol), Food Safety Level 2, and Allergen Awareness certification. A minimum of one year’s experience as a Barista Maestro or in a similar position is required.
