Leisure Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leisure Operations Manager to join our team at Places Leisure. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the smooth and effective operation of our catering department, ensuring exceptional standards in customer service and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Deputise and assist the Store Manager across all catering operations, including the Costa Store, bars, events, and vending.
- Maintain exceptional standards in customer service and processes throughout the catering operation.
- Train and coach all Barista Maestros to ensure high-quality service and products.
- Ensure legislative compliance and commercial objectives are met.
- Proven people management skills, including planning, organisation, coaching, communication, delegation, and motivation.
- A holder of or the ability to apply without restriction, required licenses to fulfill the role, e.g. driving, premises license (alcohol), food safety level 2, and allergen awareness.
- One year's experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent.
