Role Overview

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and General Manager to meet organizational goals and contribute to specific projects.

Your responsibilities will include assisting the Operations Manager in executing the Places Leisure Safety Manual while maintaining a prominent presence on the operational floor, engaging actively with both staff and patrons.

You will ensure that team members receive appropriate training and consistently deliver high-quality service to our clients. Additionally, you will monitor staff performance through regular meetings and performance evaluations.

Furthermore, you will oversee the daily upkeep and sanitation of the facility and support the Operations Manager in managing the performance of the Duty Managers.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a comparable role, preferably within the leisure or hospitality sector. You should have a proven track record of supervising teams and guiding them to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). During the interview process, you will need to demonstrate how you have successfully motivated teams to achieve consistent results.

A background in customer service is essential, along with a history of meeting targets to fulfill both individual and team objectives. You should be a proactive leader, equally comfortable conducting site tours for potential members and inspiring your team.
