Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our organization. This role is essential in directing and enhancing our sales efforts across various locations, managing key external partnerships, and collaborating with multiple internal departments.

You will be accountable to the sales manager and will oversee a team of Sales Coordinators and a Customer Service representative, ensuring effective communication and streamlined operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Act as a crucial liaison between different business units, including the Commercial team, Operations, Finance, and Logistics.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of our systems and processes, providing training and support to team members.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by driving improvements in service delivery.
  • Monitor stock availability and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Generate reports on sales activities, customer inquiries, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
  • Proficient in learning various software applications and generating reports as necessary.
