About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Operations Executive to join our team at IFS. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our sales teams, including Account Executives, First Line Sales Managers, and Regional Business Operations Directors, to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with our Regional Business Operations team and local Business Operations team to provide support to the field and optimize our sales processes.
- Responsible for sales activities and performance analysis, with a focus on improving sales efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure the accuracy and hygiene of our CRM system, including forecasting, pipeline management, and deal reviews.
- Implement and execute our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and monitor its effectiveness.
- Monitor execution against our FY Plan and Revenue Forecast, and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and monitor activities with our Account Executives, First Line Sales Managers, and MU Leaders.
- Control and analyze our pipeline and support pipeline growth initiatives, including demand generation activities.
- Implement and optimize processes around Deal Desk, CRM, Forecasting, and Pipeline in collaboration with our Global team.
- Help implement and execute our Corporate Business Operations programs.
- Manage sales compensation and quotas, and serve as the entry point for sales management and the field for all compensation-related topics.
- Work with our Account Executives to complete deal reviews and increase pipeline, and resolve any issues in the business operations area.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in an international and matrix organization, preferably in a sales-related role.
- A strong team player with a focus on creating long-term value for the team.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT system sales cycles and experience with CRM solutions.
- History in sales-related processes and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
- Internal and external focus on customers and a strong work ethic based on a desire to fulfill expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results with high quality.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Highly educated in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of professional working history in Business Operations or a related function.
- French language skills are desirable.
