Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Operations Leader to become a vital part of our organization. This position is essential for overseeing and enhancing our sales activities across various locations, managing key external partnerships, and collaborating with multiple internal departments.

You will be accountable to the sales director and will lead a team of Sales Coordinators and a Customer Service representative, ensuring effective communication and streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Act as a crucial liaison among different business units – including the broader Commercial team, Operations, Finance, and Logistics.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of our systems and business workflows, providing training and support to team members.
  • Enhance the customer experience by implementing improvements in service delivery.
  • Monitor stock availability at various locations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate analytical reports on sales activities, customer inquiries, and identify trends to facilitate enhancements.

Candidate Profile

  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
  • Proficient in learning various software applications and generating reports as required.
