About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leisure Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our catering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deputize and assist the Store Manager in overseeing all catering operations, including the Costa Store, bars, events, and vending.
  • Maintain exceptional standards in customer service and processes throughout the catering operation.
  • Train and coach Barista Maestros to ensure high-quality service and product delivery.
  • Ensure commercial objectives and legislative compliance activities are met.

Requirements

  • Proven people management skills, including planning, organization, coaching, communication, delegation, and motivation.
  • Able to hold or obtain required licenses, such as driving, premises license (alcohol), food safety level 2, and allergen awareness.
  • At least one year of experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent.
