Costa Assistant Store Manager Position

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for deputizing and assisting the Store Manager in the smooth and effective operation of our catering department.
Key Responsibilities
- Deputise and assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the catering operation, including the Costa Store, bars, events, and vending.
- Maintain exceptional standards in customer service and processes throughout the catering operation.
- Train and coach all Barista Maestros to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- Proven people management skills, including planning, organisation, coaching, communication, delegation, and motivation.
- A holder of or the ability to apply for required licenses, such as driving, premises license, food safety level 2, and allergen awareness.
- One year's experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent.
