Your Role

We are excited to introduce a brand new leisure facility featuring an 8-lane swimming pool, a 200-station gym, exercise studios, a Clip 'n' Climb, and a Costa Coffee shop with seating for 100 guests.

As the Assistant Manager, you will support the Costa Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the catering operations, including the Costa Coffee shop, bars, events, and vending services as needed. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the catering department, maintaining high standards of customer service, and adhering to commercial goals and regulatory compliance. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring Barista Maestros.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills, including planning, organization, coaching, communication, delegation, and motivation. You should hold or be able to obtain necessary licenses for the role, such as a Driving License, Premises License (Alcohol), Food Safety Level 2, and Allergen Awareness. A minimum of one year’s experience as a Barista Maestro or in a similar position is required.
