About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Barista Maestro to join our team at our brand-new flagship leisure centre. As a Barista Maestro, you'll work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, supporting them in all areas of the operation, including delivering excellent customer service standards and training of baristas in the art of crafting great coffee.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in all areas of the operation
- Train and coach baristas to deliver the best coffee experience
- Ensure every customer experience is an awesome one
What We're Looking For
We're looking for friendly and approachable people who love to work as part of a team delivering great service. You should be reliable, committed, open, and honest, and be willing to act as a role model for other baristas. You should care about customer service, the coffee you and your colleagues serve, and the wider leisure centre. You should be proud to wear the Costa uniform, always presenting a professional image.
