The Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team in Staines. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, supporting our teams to develop their skills, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage stock and inventory levels to ensure efficient operations
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Hold pre-shift briefs and team check-ins to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives
