Position Overview

POWWR is in search of a Broker Support Specialist to enhance our dynamic Brokerage & Compliance division. The role involves maintaining accurate data records to ensure our broker partners are informed about all contract activities. Additionally, you will provide support for essential tasks within the contracting team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date supplier status reports following contract submissions.
  • Conduct data entry and management, including generating reports and overseeing contracts.
  • Identify and escalate any issues that may hinder contract activation.
  • Monitor shared email accounts to ensure timely responses.
  • Report any system-related issues to management promptly if they affect workload and customer service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role where precision is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential for data management tasks. You should be a proactive individual who can adapt quickly and work in an agile environment.

Quick learning and the ability to apply your previous experience in a data-centric setting are vital. A strong motivation to solve problems and a desire to work in a growing organization are key attributes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary as you will engage regularly with internal stakeholders.
